At The Procrastination Bakery, our passion for baking started in our grandmother's kitchen back in the 80's, and has grown into a bakery & catering business. We make unique desserts with our own recipes to elevate client experience.
Our team consists of me, Brandi, owner, chef, baker and sole operator. We have a team of supporters from our creative director, field pitch sales, and our event crew. All family, and have rightfully earned their titles. We have been serving Jackson since Fall 2021, and look forward to growing and investing in this beautiful community.
We offer a wide variety of uniquedesserts, including our Fab Five Cupcakes, custom cakes, pastries, and more. All of our products are made fresh to order for all of our events.
